Yes, since your business is still registered as a legal entity in the Commercial Registry.

The Tax office (Ministry of Finance), and SZV if the business has employees.

You have maximumly 12 months to complete your payment plan.

Pay annual registration fee

Submit Information

Submit all info of company, i.e. Director(s), Address (changes too), Contact info, Any change in formation, etc

Include COCI number

All Companies, Legal Entities and Branches established on St. Maarten you are obligated to include their Chamber Registration Numbers on: • all orders, • invoices, • offers, • and quotations that is being sent out by the company, legal entity or branch establishment.

Failure to comply is punishable by law with fines up to ANG 50.000
